Hot-Hed Inc. has recently become a Benefactor Sponsor of the Instituto Argentino del Petroleo y del Gas, a non-profit organization serving the oil and gas sector of Argentina for the past 50 years. The IAPG Houston, along with facilitating the exchange of information related to the energy sector in Argentina, also promotes programs dedicated to the development and growth of Argentinian professionals and students.

One such program, newly implemented in 2008, is the IAPG Houston Scholarship. This scholarship fund is made possible due to corporate contributions from companies in the oil and gas industries, such as Hot-Hed. The IAPGH scholarship will be available beginning in 2008 to an Argentinian professional wishing to pursue a Masters or Doctorate degree in Petroleum Engineering or Earth Sciences related to the petroleum industry.
