Hot-Hed Oil Tools Health, Safety and Environment Statement

Health, safety and environmental responsibility are an integral part of Hot-Hed's oil tools business policy.

Hot-Hed is dedicated to providing a secure and healthy workplace by maintaining employees' physical condition, to ensuring all activities are accomplished in a safe manner and to maintaining the environment in which it works when carrying out all activities.

HEALTH
Hot-Hed strives to ensure our employees' physical well-being, making sure all are able to fulfill their duties and responsibilities in a health-concious manner. Hot-Hed conducts regular health-related training sessions to increase employees' knowledge regarding the importance of maintaining personal health. Medical check-ups and other necessary facilities are also provided to ensure the physical welfare of all Hot-Hed employees.

SAFETY
Hot-Hed employs a number of safe operating procedures that are designed to meet, or preferably exceed, all appropriate legal requirements. Hot-Hed will actively participate with all client/contractor bodies and other legal authorities in developing safety standards and promoting the image of the petroleum and gas industries.

Hot-Hed maintains a high level of employee safety-awareness by means of safety meetings, internal audits, review meetings and general communications. All employees are encouraged to actively participate in the administration and management of safety-related issues through achieving defined Company objectives and standards, which are regularly reviewed and appraised.

Safety trainings are also periodically provided to all Hot-Hed employees to reinforce knowledge of safety standards and skills, enabling them to accomplish their goals and objectives in a non-hazardous manner, ensuring their own personal safety, as well as the safety of others.

PROTECTION OF THE ENVIRONMENT
Hot-Hed is committed to maintaining the environment in which it works, therefore, Hot-Hed utilizes environmentally-friendly technologies in all business-related activities. To ensure waste of operational activities, if any, does not pollute the environment, Hot-Hed has implemented a comprehensive waste-management program in its HSE system.

Hot-Hed complies with OHSAS 18001:1999 as its international HSE Standard and endeavors to fulfill our goal "No accident, No harm to people", which is applied to all Hot-Hed operations bases worldwide. Statistical data has proven that Hot-Hed is highly capable of maintaining safe operations and has received several zero accident acknowledgements from its Customers.
